Terms & Conditions

Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Clutch Industries Pty Ltd ("Promoter").

Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 1 July 2026 and concludes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 July 2026.

Claims submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

Participating Stores

This promotion is available only through the following participating stores:

• NAPA Geraldton
• NAPA Joondalup
• NAPA Mandurah
• RAP Bunbury
• RAP Gawler
• RAP Broome
• RAP Berri
• RAP Karratha
• RAP Mandurah
• RAP Myaree

Only purchases made through participating stores are eligible.

Eligibility

This promotion is open to customers who:

• Purchase one (1) eligible Clutch Industries clutch kit and
• Purchase one (1) eligible Clutch Industries flywheel
• Both items must be purchased together on the same invoice during the Promotion Period.
• Register the purchase through the Clutch Industries Master Installer Program.

The following are not eligible:

• National Key Account customers.
• Fleet, government or contract customers purchasing under existing supply agreements.
• Customers purchasing through non-participating stores.
• Employees of Clutch Industries unless otherwise approved by the Promoter.

Eligible Products

To qualify, customers must purchase:

• One (1) eligible CI Premium or CI Heavy Duty Clutch Kit
  
  and
• One (1) eligible Clutch Industries Flywheel

Both products must appear on the same tax invoice.

The following products are excluded:

• UniClutch
• 4Terrain products
• Bearings
• Individual clutch components
• Flywheel bolts
• Clearance or obsolete stock
• Special order products unless approved by Clutch Industries.

Promotional Reward

Eligible customers will receive:

A $150 AUD reward for each qualifying Clutch Kit and Flywheel combination purchased.

The reward will be issued after successful claim validation.

The Promoter reserves the right to determine the method of payment (including electronic funds transfer or prepaid gift card).

How to Claim

To receive the reward, customers must:

• Purchase an eligible clutch kit and flywheel together.
• Register the purchase through the Clutch Industries Master Installer Program.
• Upload a valid tax invoice showing both products purchased together.
• Submit the claim within 14 days of the invoice date (or by 14 August 2026, whichever occurs first).

Late or incomplete claims may not be accepted.

Validation

All claims will be verified by Clutch Industries.

The Promoter may request additional information including:

• Tax invoice
• Workshop details
• Vehicle registration
• VIN
• Installation details
• Proof of purchase

Claims that cannot be validated will be declined.

Returns, Credits and Cancellations

This promotion is intended to reward genuine sales only.

Accordingly:

• Purchases that are cancelled, credited or refunded are not eligible for the reward.
• If a reward has already been issued and the qualifying products are subsequently credited or refunded (other than under warranty or Australian Consumer Law), Clutch Industries reserves the right to recover or withhold the value of the reward.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Claims that cannot be validated will be declined.

General Conditions

• One $150 reward applies to each eligible Clutch Kit and Flywheel combination.
• Multiple claims are permitted provided each claim relates to a separate qualifying invoice.
• Rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
• The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Clutch Industries flywheel cashback or reward offer unless expressly stated.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify all purchases and claims.

Liability

Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, Clutch Industries accepts no responsibility for:

• Lost or delayed registrations.
• Incorrect claim information.
• Technical issues affecting online registration.
• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the promotion.

Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for administering this promotion and the Master Installer Program and will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Promoter's Rights

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• verify all claims;
• reject fraudulent or incomplete claims;
• amend these Terms & Conditions;
• suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary.
